Bagleys’ Blue Plaque Unveiled
Today, Friday 11th May, Guernsey’s eighth Blue Plaque was unveiled by the Bailiff Sir Richard John Collas to honour the thriller writer Desmond Bagley and his wife Joan Bagley. The Blue Plaque was issued under the auspices of Guernsey Museums and is only the second on the island to recognise an author.

The Guille-Allès Library in St Peter Port, Guernsey has been confirmed as the venue for both a talk and exhibition about Desmond Bagley, launching on Thursday 10th May 2018, as part of the sixth Guernsey Literary Festival.
The Bagley Legacy
The Bagley Legacy launches at the Guernsey Literary Festival taking place between 10th - 13th May 2018. The Bagley Legacy is a multi faceted project promoting the literary legacy of Desmond and Joan Bagley.
